Subject Description
Nationally recognised VET qualification which gives students 4 credits towards a QCE. There are no formal qualification entry requirements. This qualification reflects the role of individuals in a variety of junior administrative positions who perform a range of mainly routine tasks using limited practical skills and fundamental operational knowledge in a defined context. Individuals in these roles generally work under direct supervision.

- Word Processing beginners and advanced digital text documents
- Spreadsheets
- Electronic communication
- Working effectively in a business environment
- Am I suitable to run a small business?
- Organisational skills
- Working effectively with others
- Creating electronic presentations
Assessment includes folios, observation and questioning
