Sporting Excellence
Noosa District SHS has a proud tradition of sporting excellence where students have the opportunity to shine both as individuals and as part of a team.  All students belong to one of four houses – Eerwah, Cooroora, Pinbarren and Tinbeerwah (our local mountains), where they have the opportunity to participate in both friendly and competitive sporting carnivals and events throughout the year and earn valuable points towards individual Age Championships and overall House Champion each year:

Leadership and Civic Excellence
The promotion of student leadership is a significant feature of successful education communities.  Noosa District State High School actively provides opportunites for leadership in each and every year level.  We offer a Junior Secondary and Senor Secondary leadership structure in which students are selected to the following positions:
