Year 10 students enjoyed a day out at the beach as part of their coastal management study for Geography. They visited Peregian Beach, Noosa National Park, Noosa Main Beach and Mt Tinbeerwah to help with their understanding of coastal processes, human impact and the strategies needed to maintain sand on Noosa Main Beach.
Frank Pardon from Noosa Council gave a presentation and students surveyed the public to gain an insight into other people’s perspective on the issue. This will culminate in a field report due at the end of the term.
